Per Section 14: A swap request must be made in writing 14 days in advance, subject to vehicle availability. On 12-month subscriptions, one free swap is included. A new subscription agreement and swap fee will apply.

What's included in the Roadside Safety Net ("RSN") program?

Per Section 19: RSN includes lockout service, flat tire repair/replacement (excluding accidents), fuel delivery up to $6, battery boost, and non-collision towing. RSN is void if customer violates the subscription agreement.

Can I choose between my own insurance or a comprehensive coverage package?

Per Section 7: Yes. Customers can accept Budget Insurance or maintain their own automobile insurance. If using personal insurance, must maintain: Collision All Perils Comprehensive, Third-Party Liability ($2M minimum), SEF 27 endorsement, and Budget listed as additional insured.

How is vehicle maintenance and servicing handled?

Per Section 9: Customer must notify Budget when service is due. Budget directs customer to approved service providers. Courtesy vehicle provided only when repairs exceed 2 business days. Reimbursement for authorized expenses requires Budget's consent and original receipts.

What makes the subscription terms more flexible than traditional leasing?

Per Section 5: Minimum charge is two months unless otherwise specified. Per Section 4: Customer may terminate with 21 days written notice, subject to cancellation charges.

How do you ensure my safety and security during my subscription?

Per Section 23: A monitoring device is installed to locate vehicles for addressing theft, misuse, travel in prohibited areas, unauthorized out of country travel, or unsafe driving practices.

How accessible is Calgary Budget customer support when I need assistance?

Per Section 2: Communication is electronic via nominated email. Customer must check email regularly and notify Budget of changes to contact details, credit card/banking information, or driver's license status.

What makes the vehicle return process simple?

Per Section 13: Vehicle must be returned on specified date and location with full fuel tank and in same condition as documented at start, accounting for reasonable wear. Extensions require contacting Budget for an extension agreement.

What happens if my vehicle needs repairs?

Per Section 9: Customer must notify Budget when service is due. Must use Budget-approved service providers. Repairs require prior written consent. Reimbursement requires Budget authorization and original receipts.

What support do I receive if I'm in an accident?
